1-         The quest for providing reliable and accurate results starts with data entry where we gather as much information and case history as we are allowed, to be used as a reference though out the processing of the tests. Any concern the patient might have can and will be reported to our medical doctors who are always ready and willing to meet the patient to resolve any worries he or she might have.

2-         Sampling is an art mixed with technology where our trained professionals use appropriate colour coded vacuum tubes, labeled with patient name and barcode to eliminate any possibility of samples mixing.

3-         Later on all the tests of the patient are performed from those tubes which will be recognized by the different auto analyzers by the bar code label.

4-         We only use state of the art instruments and top notch technology all over the Lab

5-         More than 90% of our kits are provided by Swiss company Roche diagnostics the biggest and the most significant name in clinical chemistry diagnostics all over the world.

6-         Our highly qualified medical and paramedical staff are second to none in their professions.

7-         Our Laboratory Data Management software provided by National technology and powered by the infamous oracle database is the most comprehensive software in laboratory management in the MENA region.
